How it works

We collect, wash off site, and deliver back — you never have to move the rug yourself

Rug going into storage this summer?

Wash it first. A rug rolled up unwashed in an unconditioned unit or a garage through a Columbia August comes back out with problems it did not go in with. Tell us the date you need it by and we will work back from that, and it will be returned dry and wrapped ready to store.

How the wash works

Rug soaked by a creek, a storm or a leak?

Soaked rugs jump the queue wherever the schedule allows it. Do not sit waiting on an adjuster to ring back: the outcome is largely settled inside the first forty-eight hours, and a box fan aimed across the pile is not drying.

Cayce, West Columbia and Lexington on one side of the river; Olympia, Rosewood, Shandon, Wales Garden and Heathwood on the other; east to Forest Acres and Spring Valley, north to Blythewood and Lake Carolina, and west along the water through Irmo to Chapin. If your neighborhood is not listed, ask anyway — it probably still works.
